Allure Box June 2020

​Hi everyone. I hope you're well. Let's talk about the latest box from Allure.

​Purlisse Watermelon + Charcoal Purifying Cleanser.  This is full size, 100ml.  I get nervous when it said purifying because in my experience that usually means it's going to be physical/gritty exfoliation that I don't always care for. That's not the case with this one. It's a really light weight, clear gel formula. Obviously smells like watermelon like the rest of the line. I enjoy pretty much every product I've tried from them. I love the Blue Lotus products as well from them. They do a good job. 

Shangpree Gold Black Pearl Eye Mask. These are under eye patches. Infused with "black pearl, gold, and rose ingredients". I've not tried these yet. I have plenty of under eye gels/patches. 

Dashing Diva Gloss Ultra Shine Gel Palette 34 strips. This looks like the nail wraps you can buy for your nails instead of painting them. It's a very cool looking set. It's taupe/grey base with golden accents and then other accent nail design wraps that are just geometric golden lines, and then some that are holographic shards and glitter. I like nail wraps, especially when I have longer nails. I'm super excited for this.

Belif Aqua Balm Aloe Vera. I'm not the biggest fan of Aqua Bomb because I like their cream better for my skin. However, I know my friends with more oily skin or that really prefer fast absorbing light weight moisturizer love it. It's basically a cult favorite now. I do appreciate that they did an Aloe Vera version though because that's amazing for summer and irritated or burning skin.

Yensa Super 8 Lip Oil in Pink Shine. This smells amazing, like my favorite Lip Smackers gloss that I loved my entire teenage life. Seriously it's so good. 

StarSkin Nourishing and Brightening 2 Step Oil Sheet Mask. 100% Camellia Oil. So you have the sheet mask and then a separate capsule of oil. You wash your face, then apply the oil, then apply the sheet mask and take it off after 15 minutes. Always massage the rest in after you take it off. It says there may be " a mild, temporary redness" that may occur due to the "active ingredients" in this.  I didn't see anything that really concerned me though. As always though, if anything ever burns take it off immediately. 

In my pamphlet it also listed La Roche Posay Active C10, but I didn't get it. So I believe my box is missing an item, there was nothing else in it's place like usual. These boxes are sent to me and I'm not required to review them, so obviously I'm not upset. I did want to mention it though for full transparency though.  **CORRECTION** I reached out, and you either get the La Roche Posay Active C10 OR the Shangpree  eye mask/patches, and I got the Shangpree eye mask/patches. So I'm not missing a product.
