Guys....how are you? I'm exhausted. It is still hectic around here. Anyway, today I'm going to follow up the "skincare faves" with my "makeup faves" as of late. I actually have more makeup favorites than I do skincare faves this time and that doesn't happen that much. It's a lot of surprising stuff as well. Product categories that I don't really touch on much. I've been testing so much stuff lately though that I've had a lot of hits rather than misses which is a nice change. I've also revisited some favorite products too which I love doing right now.
Let's go.

Alright so lately I've been very fortunate to have an influx in products coming in for me to try as a way to build my knowledge and categories for you guys. I've also been "shopping me shelf" which is an attempt for me to revisit some products that I need to use up or fall in love with all over again. I especially do this when I'm testing a new product and I fill my routine with old faves that I know won't cause an issue. It's part of the testing process and it's re-lit my LOVE for doing my skincare routine every night. To the point that I look so forward to it every night and it lasts much longer than it technically should because I have a good time relaxing and taking some time to turn off all my emails and messaging and social media.
This review should've been up before now. However, I needed a different shade in this foundation and I wanted to wait until I found my correct shade before giving this a full review. I just wanted to make sure that the color matched and wasn't "funky" looking on my skin, in case I needed to talk about that in this post. So here we are, the review for the Hourglass Vanish Seamless Liquid Foundation.
Hey guys! I know that Valentine's Day is over but thanks to my illnesses and also my husbands schedule we don't always get to have a planned "date night". However, we were blessed to have one the other day and I was so excited. So I thought it was the perfect time to detail my "date night" go to products.
*Some of these products were gifted or sent in press samples. Some were not. Not an ad. Holy crap. Have you all see those bath cockatails on Instagram. HAVE YOU WITNESSED THE ASMR FROM @LUSHLORD?? If not, then get on it. Thanks to seeing all those, we have a MASSIVE bath product haul/post in general of things that I do really like. I have bought 80% of the things you're going to see but there have been some products that were sent to me. Mainly the body products. I will clarify the ones that were sent to me for consideration.
Hey guys. I though it'd be a nice change to talk about a few makeup products that I've been loving lately. It should be interesting because I've not bought makeup in a while and just products to try at that point. I've been trying to use products that I already have in my collection. So this is products that I find I reach for the most but they're like unsung heroes at this point.
So for a while I've been working my way through First Aid Beauty products to give you guys a better idea of what they have. There's so much that I want to discuss though and they're are doing an incredible job of coming out with new and killer products all the time. So this is going to be my top favorites. I'll be talking about their newer products in other posts. This is just going to be my hands down, fave products, of the entire brand.
Covergirl has some great news. They're now Cruelty Free! Leaping bunny certified and everything! So I thought that I'd share this news with an overview of the products that I really love. Here lately they've came out with some down right high end quality products. So let's get into it.
Let's talk about something I've been LOVING lately, which is the Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette. I know you hear or see "Dior" and the head tilts.... at least for me anyway because I start to think of the price. What I'm happy to say is that the "backstage" line is actually not nearly as expensive as you'd think.
I was trying to think of a good post for today. I thought that I would tell you my favorite cleansers as of late. It's getting colder. The air is getting drier. I've been doing a ton of Halloween makeup so my skin has had a beating almost but not as bad because the cleansers that I've been using the most lately have been so effective but also so gentle. They've not dried my skin out. It's made this transition into colder weather so much easier.
