Fall Bath Haul

Guys....it's officially fall. Not that that means anything in TN because it's still 90 degrees but, whatever. Anywho, we're full throttle in pumpkin spice everything, cinnamon, caramel apples, pumpkins, Hocus Pocus, wearing fall fashion that it's too dang hot for right now, etc. (I was just trying to keep that going as long as I could with fall examples lol) Anyway, I have several new hauls to talk about but we're starting with the biggest one first which is new bath products, majority wise "fall" bath products. All products are from small "indie" brands, which are my favorite. These were all purchased by me over the last month or so.
I tried to get more variety of products this time. In saying that though, I kinda stayed away from products I know that I don't use that much or care for as opposed to other things. For instance you won't see very much in regards to bath bombs. I prefer bubble bars all day long rather than bath bombs. I did try new some new shower gels and got into shower jellies! I'm very excited about that.

So the companies I'm going to be talking about are: Country Market Crafts, Lavish Bath Co, Kaleidosoaps, and Confectionery Soaps Co. Also, one product from Candy Panda Wax that I got in the summer, so that's not fall themed but I'm still going to talk about it. I love to watch people chop up bubble bars/make "bath cocktails" on Instagram and that's honestly how I got introduced to every company that I try.  Check out the hashtags on Instagram for some incredible bath products to try, like: #bubblebar , #wethebathers , #bathcocktail , etc.

So let's start with Country Market Crafts which is what I have the most from. I have several of their products in general, they're also a best seller on Etsy. They have a nice range of products aside from just bath products.

So here's what I picked up:
  • Apple Butter Fairy Bread. I think, in my personal opinion , they're really known for the "fairy bread" they make. They're also well known for "tarts" basically that look like pop tarts. The sprinkles are what I love. I don't know why lol. So I got two of these, they remind me of my grandmother who made apple butter all the time in the fall. We had apple trees and such growing up, so she made all kinds of goodies. These look different than last year's apple butter fairy bread. The "Bread" part is darker, and the "icing" is red with sprinkles. It smells amazing. Not overwhelming in scent, but genuinely smells like someone is cooking in the kitchen.  As always the fairy breads are quite thick, I believe you could get around 3 baths out of one of these, it's 4+ oz, and there's a hidden color in the bubble bar. It's SLSA not SLS. It's $6.29.

  • Caramel Apple Toasty Tarts. I loveeeee their TARTS!! This smells just like Caramel Granny Smith Apples, subtle but a little crisp. Those are my FAVORITE thing about fall in regards to food. These are beautiful. They're 4 oz, $6.29, again it's SLSA and not SLS. I think you could get about 4 baths with this.

  • Spooky Sprinkles Toasty Tart. This is so very much Halloween looking. The tart is black, with purple and green icing, and lots of Halloween sprinkles. This smells very fruity not really like a pastry. It's quite fragrant, not as subtle as the others. They're around 4 oz like the others, $6.29 , and SLSA as the others.

  • Frosted Pumpkin Spice Pie. This is another product that I feel is something they're known for, their pies. They even come in a nice aluminum pie plate. They do one at Christmas too. I had never tried their "pies" before so I'm very excited. This is 8+ oz and $10.42. It smells amazing. Exactly like a pumpkin pie.

  • Pumpkin Pecan Waffle. This comes as a diagonal piece so technically it's half of a waffle. This is around 6 oz, it's $8.06. Smells like maple syrup, brown sugar, and legit waffles.

  • I got back ups of the original Fairy Breads with the pink icing, and they still had a few things from summer so I got a back up of their Watermelon slice because it just smells so refreshing.

  • Lastly, I picked up one of their Liquid Bubble Baths in Frosted Pumpkin Spice. I already have Carrot Cake from them and this smells like that only stronger in my opinion. I'd really love to try the bright green Yummy Gummy liquid bubble bath. They have a lot of scents that they introduced for fall. These have lots of glitter/shimmer in them but they don't really stick to the skin which I really appreciate. These are 8.5 oz and it's $10.22.

Most of their products are Vegan, I believe all the products I talked about are Vegan. If you spend $35 your shipping is free. They ship from Canada. I live in TN and these get to me usually in 2 business days. I buy these, nothing is sent to me. They do give me really cute samples of bath bombs in powder/dust form and I enjoy those little bags much more than actual bath bombs.

Next up is another Canadian company. Lavish Bath Co. These are quite heavy and they're super soft to cut. You can press into them actually that's how soft they are. They don't really melt or like a bubble dough can, they're thick, heavy, soft in texture, etc. HEAVY in fragrance always, they also sent me a free bath bomb with my purchase along with their green apple soap which is gorgeous.  If you like bath bombs then I think you'll love theirs.

  • Pumpkin Spice Bubble Bar. Shaped exactly like a pumpkin with a stick of cinnamon coming out the top. It's got some glitter on it not a ton though. It's around 4+ oz and $5.47. I got this last year and I loved it.

  • Pumpkin Spice Pie Bubble Bar. This is so heavy. It comes in an aluminum pie plate, a huge dollop of icing in the middle, and then packed into a brown bag with a see through window, much like a bakery. Usually their bubble bars are shrink wrapped. It doesn't really smell like a pumpkin pie it's got a little bit more of a "tart" scent to it. This is a whopping 16 oz for $12.58.

  • Pumpkin Pie Waffle. This has cute pecans on it as well as some whipped cream. Very thick and also heavy. It's 13.5 oz and $12.58. It's Vegan.

  • Monkey Farts bubble bar. I see the scent "monkey farts" in a lot of different brands but I had never tried it because honestly the name just puts me off. Anywho, I've always loved the colors in this when I'd look at their shop on Etsy, so I decided to pick it up. It's a refreshingly tropical but soft fruity scent. I don't know how many ounces this is but it's a good size. It's $5.70 and a beautiful royal blue and lime/yellow shades. It's also Vegan.

You can spend $35 and get free shipping. They have a really nice collection of bubble bars. I buy off of Etsy usually but they have a website as well. These also ship pretty fast.

Next up is Confectionery Soaps Co. This is a new brand for me. I got in on a sale when they first released their fall products so it was a great time to pick up some bubble bars. These are very unique, I have a whole folder saved on Instagram of people chopping up their bubble bars because they're so massive. I mean huge. They also have some really vibrant colors. They do a lot of similar scents to LUSH as well. They have tons of glitter on some of them. They're pretty strong in fragrance as well. They also sent me some candy....bonus points.  BONUS POINTS. I love some Tootsie Roll Pops. They ship from Maryland.

  • I Put A Spell On You  MEGA bubble bar. It's 15 oz and $15. It's absolutely covered in glitter. It's colors are very Halloween like. It's handmade, the scent is similar to LUSH "Breath of God" and Tonka Bean. I've never smelt the "Breath of God" scent in a LUSH product but this smells amazing.

  • Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Cupcake Bubble Bar. It's 15+ oz and $14. It has an overlay of gold glitter. This smells more like vanilla cupcake with just a hint of pumpkin. I love the scent!

  • Serendipity Bubble Bar.  This is 9 oz or more and $10.50.  This one is really cool because it's a bright blue and then a royal purple in the middle. Lots of glitter on top.  It's similar to LUSH Rock Star. It's a subtle vanilla scent to me but in the best way. I, once again, haven't tried the actual LUSH version but that's because I don't really shop with LUSH except around Christmas. I'm always afraid the products will melt or I find other indie companies that do a better job and offer more than LUSH.

They sent me some samples of a scrub and they scent a smaller sized bubble bar in Wicked, which was super spicy in fragrance. It was easily enough for 2 baths. "Serendipity" is permanent for the time being, while the other two are just fall releases. They're very generous with their products. They even offer a bubble bar that is just plain and has no fragrance, glitter, or mica. I think that is so cool and I want to pick that up next because sometimes I need more bubbles for my cocktail that isn't going to mess up my scents. Buying a fragrance free bubble bar would make other products last longer within a cocktail. I absolutely DIG that they thought of this. Cause I was tired of buying the "milk" bubble bar from LUSH to mix in with my baths.

They have some neat food looking ones like cinnamon buns, tarts, etc. The bubble bars are heavy but they crumble up nicely. So they're packed tightly but once you chop them they aren't hard to dissolve under running water. I use a strainer/sieve for my bubble bars or bath cocktails I've put together. I like it better than breaking it apart with your hands under the running water.

I have recently gotten acquainted with Kaleidosoaps. They have JELLIES! I have 5 of those Jellies, 1 bubble bar, and 1 shower gel. They also send cute little samples as well. They offer After Pay which I love.

My first order was a mix of a few things.
  • Buddah's Charm Shower Gel: I got this while it was on sale for around $12. It's very opaque. It's a thicker consistency. It has a very sweet smell to it and it works best for me in a mix of scents that are more crisp.

  • Honey Bath solid bubble bath (bar):  It's shaped like a honey comb. It's quite large. It's pretty heavy. I've never tried their bubble bars but this is already impressive by how much you get. I keep hoping that I'll find a good or at least similar Honey I Washed the Kids scent in another brand but I've not. Each product from any brand that is their take on "honey" is always different. None the less it's going to pair nicely with many of the products I already have.

  • Lem'mon Tell Ya Jelly: it's super neon yellow/green. Very citrus-y as the name would suggest. These did great in transit because it was one hot summer down here. It still is but I got these in the summer.

  • Flame-ingo Jelly: This is a hot pink with gold leafing in it. This has a nice scent. It's definitely more floral with a soft sandalwood behind it. It does great in cocktails.

My latest purchases from them were only jellies.

  • Holy Ghost Jelly: This is so cute and by far my favorite scent from them. They do a killer job with scents actually. This is a refreshing crisp citrus scent. It's many an opaque whie with a block ombre and then of course a black little ghost face in it. I might buy a back up. That's how good it is.

  • Dream: This is new and I don't know if it's permanent. It's very opalescent with a light pink and blue shade mixing together through out. It's a much more subtle scent. It has Clary Sage in it which I love on it's own, paired with golden plum and Kumquat. It's really nice and toned down.

  • Royal Jelly: Which looks like the jelly version of their Honey Bath bubble bar because it's shaped like honeycomb and there's three slices in the container. I think that's pretty cool and a little easier. This has a lot of gold on it and glitter that gets on your hands but it smells really nice. It's Honey, Bergamot, and Chamomille. I like it when honey products add a hint of citrus to their products. I think that helps complete the whole scent.

Their shower jellies work amazingly well. I slice a little off the top to chop up and put the rest back into the container. A little goes a long way. I'm glad they were my first experience with shower jellies.  They're usually around $12 and you get a nice container of 8.4 oz. They're "vegan, seaweed based soap" and they use "Carrageenan Seaweed to soften the skin".

Lastly, earlier in the summer I picked up a whipped soap from Candy Panda Wax. You really have to be on your toes with this company. They have "restock days" where that's the only time you can order products and then they take them back off the website and work on shipping orders. I've never seen so many scents in my life. I wanted something really bright and tye-dye looking, so I went with "Fake Bake" which basically smells like suntan lotion from when you were a teenager. I LOVE the scent. It goes perfect with my watermelon and tropical bubble bars. It feels like you're at a beach and I love that. The texture is very soft, unlike any other whipped soap I've tried.  I think their next restock is the 10th. They don't just have whipped soaps, they also have scrubs, shower gels, etc.

So that's it. That is everything I've gotten recently. Yes I know it's a lot but I just really enjoy it. It's a nice way to kick off fall for me.
