Mellow Cosmetics Brand Overview

​This post is long overdue. I feel like I have enough products from this brand to give you a well rounded review. Before we go any farther though, I am an affiliate with Mellow Cosmetics. With that out of the way let's get started. I've basically just cherry picked a few of my favorites because we'd be here all day if I discussed each and every product they had. 

​Starting with my favorite product which is the palette "Sinopia". I will show you swatches and pics but it's really really nice. I had a fantastic formula for every finish. I love the mattes. I love the metallic shades. I actually reach for this far more than I though I would at first. Once I seen how well the blended, I just kept using it. There's a pop of royal blue in there that I feel is more intense when you apply with your finger. A brush works fine though don't get me wrong. The shades like Cinnamon and similar to that are so pretty with the color shift especially when paired with the blue.

​Next is their Brow Products!

I have their brow pomade, I love how small it is because most pomades are huge and I can never get through them. I have the shade "Taupe" and also "Caramel" and it's the perfect undertone or base for any brow and any product that goes on top of it. 

Next is the brow pencils. They're the angled pencils. They come in quite a few shades. Angled Pencils are super popular and I think if you have thick brows you would really enjoy the angeled pencils because they take less time to fill in the brows.

Last of the brow products is their duo powder. It's a smooth powder but it's packed in really tightly so it gives just enough product to lightly fill in the brows for a more filled in type of look. It's something that is always in my kit for weddings that's for sure. When in doubt I always reack for a powder first. I'd much rather build it up then try and make something less harsh. I prefer shade Taupe.

Moving on to lips!

I love their lip pencils. They have really good neutral lip pencils that are super creamy and line the lips perfectly. They're a winner for sure.

I'm also a big fan of the Liquid Lipsticks that they put out. Mainly because you have a ton of neutrals and dark shades pop up here and there but mainly it's all neutrals. Either a warm neutral, or a cooler neutral. I wear these nearly everyday.
