NEWBEAUTY TestTube January

​Just this week I got to try not 1 but 2 of the NewBeauty TestTube. Editor curated it’s “Newly discovered brands and products that span a range of categories—each stamped with the approval of the editors of NewBeauty.” There are promo’s inside the pamphlet you get. I find that it’s mostly full-size products although it says it’s a “luxury sampling program”, that has 8 or more products worth more than $150 for $30 every other month. You also get a subscription to NewBeauty Magazine. There are so many different products in here not just your typical “beauty” products. Most of these are brands I’ve never tried and some I wasn’t familiar with.

So I’m going to be breaking down the January box. Also, these were sent to me (thanks Emily!) but this isn’t sponsored and I wasn’t asked to talk about them.
 
These things are PACKED. Some of it doesn’t even fit in the tube.
Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops. $14.99. I actually will use these because I have very dry eyes and I don’t sleep much either so I actually do have a need for this.
 
Perricone MD Vitamin C Ester Brightening Serum $69 …….full size……full size…..guys it’s full size. I have always really liked the products I’ve tried from Perricone MD but I’ve never had to chance to try their treatments. So I’ve only tried moisturizers and cream products. I’m so excited for this. We all know I live and die by a good vitamin c product.
 
Doctor Rogers Restore Healing Balm. $30 All you have to say is “balm” to me. I’m there. Not to mention “healing balm”. This is one of those that can be used anywhere. Lips, cuticles, hands, but also cuts and scrapes AND after procedures like lasers, chemical peels, etc. Yes please.
 
Hello Activated Charcoal Epic Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste $5.99. I tend to stay away from the whole charcoal toothpaste fads but I do actually enjoy and really need flouride toothpastes. So I will give this a shot.
 
Olika Birdie $8.99 this is a two in one hand sanitizer it’s a spray and also comes with wipes. I’m immuno compromised. I get sick a lot. You all know this. I appreciate this and it’s super cute.
 
Yensa Pumpkin Turmeric 2-in-1 Radiance Polishing Mask $45. This is one of the few products I already had. I used this every week. It’s a physical exfoliator on top of being a mask and packed with superfoods. You only need around 5 or 10 minutes. I choose to use this in the morning because of the glow. It’s very nice. I would recommend 100%.
 
Livon Labs Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C $32.95. Again, this is just right on target with what I’m needing. It’s been dubbed “liquid gold”. You take it with 1-3 oz of your drink 1 to 2 times a day. I rarely talk about supplements. I am interested in this to see how it goes against all this winter sickness going around.
 
Georgette Klinger Argan Oil Cleansing Gel $24. I love Georgette Klinger. I use her Cleansing Milk but I’m happy to try this. Also, I really love the Vitamin C toner. This is a cute little bottle which will be awesome for my travel bag.
 
Hot Tresses Moisturizing Rehab Leave-In $27. I am going through a major hair change right now so again, perfect timing. I’ve not tried this brand at all. I like that they’re very clear about this being for the ends and not the scalp. This is a cute 40 ml travel size.
 
Bonus product is Mask Me from European Wax Center. It looks to be two packets. It will brighten, hydrate, replenish, smooth, soothe, and firm, all while minimizing hair from the lower half of your face……..wow. That’s a lot of claims. Which means I’m going to put it to the test. I feel like it’s going to be good honestly. I think it will more than likely give you results immediately as far as your skin being more plump and smoother. I find most masks do well at soothing the skin. I’m excited to see what it has to offer.
 
So that’s the January tube! Well done New Beauty, it’s so much more than expected. Definitely worth more than $150 for sure. So $29.95 every other month? Yea, I can get on board with that.
