Alright guys. I'm coming at you with a Sephora buying guide in this post. I wanted to get these up before Black Friday but honestly I'm very sick, and also I don't really feel like the deals are going to be that much different this weekend as opposed to the remainder of the holidays. So here's what's going on with Sephora this month. Now something to mention here is that if you spend $50 by Monday then you will get a 20% off coupon the 18th-24th of December. I do not know if that's for Rouge only or what. I just received an email about it. Along with that there's another offer that if you spend $75 you'll get $25 off between Dec 4th-17th if you're "Rouge", $20 off Dec 5th-17th if you're "VIB", and $15 off Dec 5th-17th if you're an "Insider". So that's the offers they're doing along with some insane markdowns (that I think are weekly in the sale section).
Here's my items to look at: Inkey List. I've done an entire post about them. I've bought products from them and also been sent items from them. Currently I have several empties that are from The Inkey List. They're super affordable and very effective. I find myself recommending them a lot more than other products to people with certain concerns. Norvina palettes. This is different from the ABH Norvina palette. This is a line within the brand. She has 3 Pro Pigment palettes with 25 shades for $60 and she has 2 mini palettes that are for Volume 1 and 2 that are 9 shades for $29. I did a review on Volume 1 of the Pro Pigment palette which is the purple packaging and it's pinks, purples, and coral shades. Vol. 2 is the Aqua color packaging. It's shades are more blues, greens, yellows, and deep jewel tones. Vol. 3 is the orange packaging. It's more chaotic with brownish tones, green shades, and orange. The pans are deluxe size, professional pigments, and really intense. The mini palettes are full size pans and pressed pigments as well. Benefit Brow bundle. Benefit does a really good job with brow products. I loved the rebrand and the new additions from what they'd had for years. They have a Brow Superstars Holiday Set which is in the sale section right now for $49 which is insane. It comes with 6 products that are all full sized and in 3 shades from lighter hair color - dark hair color. You get Goof Proof Brow Pencil, Precisely, My Brow pencil, 24-hr Brow Setter, Gimme Brow, Ka-Brow!, and 3D Browtones. They also have a basic set as well and other sets. Algenist. Algenist has been in many posts of mine. They have some sets which is great. I truly love their Liquid Collagen which is usually $115 on it's own but in the Secrets of Algae Kit you get a full size along with 3 other travel sized products and it's $125. They have a collagen duo which is a small size of Liquid Collagen and then a full size Liquid Collagen Lip. I'm a very big fan of the Bi-Phase Peel. It will tingle for sure. It's a very different acid exfoliation than what I'm used to. I have used their Luminizing Drops and Color Correcting Finishing Powder for years. They're often over looked but they have some great products. Sephora Favorites value sets. They do a good job at picking the best products from each brand or popular items from each brand. I love their Skincare's Next Big Thing set right now. They also have a lot of lips sets at different price points. As always they have a set of popular picks for hair. Dior Backstage. This is the more affordable and basic products from Dior. Truly meant to be the essentials for a makeup artist (hence the name Backstage). I have loved everything I've bought from this line. I love the Contour Palette and especially the Glow Face palette in Universal. They have 9 pan custom eye palette where there are 7 shades, 1 primer, and 1 transforming gel to make the shadows into eye liner. Super handy. They also have 3 more eye palettes that are all 9 pans with one being primer in: Amber Neutrals, Cool Neutrals, and Warm Neutrals. Keep in mind these are still going to seem expensive and I don't argue with that but they're good and they're less than the main Dior line. ILIA. This brand is part of the "clean beauty" category. They have some sets. I love their True Skin Serum Concealer and the Serum Foundation. I'm always going to shoot for hydrating concealers because it helps plump the fine lines. REN Clean Skincare. This is also part of the "clean beauty" community. They're the real OG's of clean beauty in my opinion. That's always been their message. I'm a major fan of the Evercalm line and active line which is more towards AHA's, Vitamin C, and other actives. They have a really nice set of the more active treatments for $25 right now and they also have an Evercalm set. Fenty. Let's face it Fenty has been killing it. The bronzer is great, highlighters are definitely beaming, match sticks are super cool for contouring, and apparently their lip gloss is insane. There is actually a set of lip glosses right now as well as some gloss and highlighter sets. Happy shopping. I hope you all find some great presents whether it's for others or just yourself.
