This next gift guide is going to be a little different. It's going to be a gift guide for yourself. So this will be a top picks of "treat yo self" type thing. I'm gonna go ahead and say it's not going to be like vitamins or things that are "you'll thank yourself later" or "life changes", it's going to be things that I personally love myself and I find my friends love but we possibly don't do it often or something you've wanted for a while. Also, things that you don't realize you'd like as much as you do.

Hey guys, here we are for another gift guide. This is for your office peeps or your friends who really enjoy stationary and planning (like myself), along with some extras that are helpful to have on hand. My desk up above is actually my mamaw's sewing machine. That's her crystal lamp, and some milk glass, etc.
The next gift guide is going to be all about nails. I don't really like getting my nails done, but I do like doing them at home and having them painted. I enjoy the fun designs and accents. I just would rather do it at home. Some people love to go and get their nails done, I have several friends who love it and I'm all for that too. Today I'm gonna give you some really cool gift ideas for someone who loves having their nails looking A+ all the time.
This gift guide should really just be called my part 2 to the first one. It's stuff that is smaller that I've been loving and talking about a lot lately. This first one was a main overview and now we're getting into more details.
Ok guys...it's that time. Let's talk Christmas. I know you've probably been wondering why I hadn't discussed it very much yet but the reason is I just wanted to have and enjoy my Thanksgiving with my friends and family before we talked shopping. Typically, I have all presents bought by the end of Sept and at the very least I know what I'm getting someone just waiting for a sale. This year has been different.
I typically do buying guides and gift guides for Sephora and Ulta or just a combination, but this year I'd like to extend it to other retailers as well. So right now Beautylish is doing an event where you get a $20 gift card with a purchase of $100 and there's no limit to how many gift cards you can get. So if you spend $200 that's two $20 gift cards. The other thing about Beautylish that I love is you can set up 3 payment installments on purchases of $100 and more and you pay for it over the course of 3 months and they come out automatically. So I wanted to give you a list of some items that I get from Beautylish and some of their best sellers as well.
We're in the midst of the Sephora Friends and Family Sale right now and I must say this is like Christmas for me. So I always recommend your Buying Guide from products that I have tried and tested so that I'm not pointing in the dark.
However, I love to hear what people are going to buy as well. So I thought I'd give you my list of products I'm interested in. To start let me just say I try not to buy products that are also available at ULTA. Only because they do 20% off all the time especially around now and I like their point system better. Welcome to the second installment of the Sephora Friends and Family Buying Guide. This one will be all about skincare. I feel like skincare should get the majority of your attention but I do know that for a lot of people makeup seems more fun. However, being the skincare nerd that I am, I find them both exciting.
Lets get into it. Well folks, it's about that time for the Sephora Friends and Family Sale. Which usually rolls around about this time of year. I use this sale mainly for Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers from the travel section because....why not? I also use it to stock up on things I know that I'll re-buy like favorite foundations, any skincare favorites like cleansers or staples. I usually wait until this sale or anytime I have gift cards to buy things that I don't purchase very much at all like perfume.
So per usual I'm going to give you my buying guide. I've done this for several years where I recommend not necessarily "new" products, but products I've tested and liked through out the year and feel comfortable recommending. Of course, if there is anything you've had your eye on, now would be the time to buy it. Next up in my little installment of "roundups" of brands that I enjoy in certain categories, is going to be "organic skincare". If you're not sure what I'm talking about I will link the first post here. I started with "Clean Beauty" which overlaps with quite a few other genres but I wanted to do a dedicated post to organic skincare simply because there are so many great brands that do an incredible job at their craft. They really have a passion for it, they're typically a small or even one man show. They also make some of THE BEST products that will feed your face. As you know I love me some nourishing, super food products, that will literally feed you skin. I'm also going to stick to brands that offer a few products not just one or two. I like for you to have options.
