Let's do a round up of products that I'm loving lately. I'll do makeup in this one and skincare in the next one that way it's not super long and I can talk about the products a little bit more. First is Becca Cosmetics Be A Light palette. I don't hear anyone talking about this. I'm not sure why because I think it's really good. This is a face palette with a blurring powder, brightening (non shimmer) powder, blush, and bronzer. They made two palettes one for Fair to Light and the next for Medium to Deep I think. Now here's what I'll say that is a possible negative. I actually have the Medium to Deep and it's honestly my shade when I'm tan so I do not really see how a darker complexion would benefit from it all that much. I mean maybe the blurring powder and possibly the brightening one but don't really see it being helpful for the bronzer or blush even. The reason I do like to use it though is because it makes my base makeup very airbrushed looking. It's not anything that's going to be in your face, super glowy or even all that noticeable but it makes the base makeup flawless and that's what I'm looking for. I don't know if I've talked about how much I really like the Flower Beauty sponge but I do. It's the only one I use. I personally am not the biggest fan of sponges just because I think brushes are more convenient but this one makes me change my mind. I like how huge it gets. I like how soft it is and I like that its dense enough that it doesn't absorb too much product. I think it actually absorbs less than other sponges except maybe the Morphe one. So if you're someone who likes to use sponges but you find they make your foundation too dewy or less full coverage then perhaps check this one out. It's certainly worth a shot. Stretchex Mascara from Touch in Sol. I don't know guys....I just really like this. I feel like if you need lengthening and not necessarily thickening mascara this is the one for you. Pretty sure I done a post on it as well. I just really enjoy it and I have kinda short and very thin lashes so I use this in combination with a more thickening mascara that I have laying around. I've been getting into brow pomades again because it's so damn hot. Sorry mom. It's so hot though, and I need something to that won't literally melt off my face. So thus I'm into pomades again. I really like this one from Mellow Cosmetics in Taupe. It's perfect. I used it at a wedding this past weekend and it done great. It doesn't make the brows look super "sculpted" like dip brow can. No shade, cause I love dip brow too. This just stays put and looks a bit more natural. Now, I do have a code you can use for some $$ off. You most certainly don't have to, I will make money off of it, if that's not your bag then that's totally fine. If you want to explore the Mellow Cosmetics line and want a discount then you can use "Erin" at checkout. Lastly is Kiss Lashes faux mink collection, style "Little Black Dress". I have passed this up so many times. You know "Boudoir" is my jam. It's my fave. No I'm not an affiliate. Those are just my lashes man. I picked up Little Black Dress though the last time I went to get some, just because I seen people talking about them and I must say that if you like to wear lashes everyday and them blend very well with your natural lashes, you'd like these. They don't look super exciting in the package but they are undeniably complimentary on the actual lashes.
So that's it. That's everything. I've not bought a lot of new makeup lately just because...I've been busy and very few products have intrigued me. I have plenty of reviews coming up though so no worries there will be no lack of products to read about on here.
