If you don't know or have never heard of BaubleBar, it's a really cute little online boutique that sales lots of statement jewelry, as well as personalized jewelry and dainty pieces. I'm sure it's not little considerings it's sold in Nordstrom as well but you catch my drift. Lately they're doing 12 days of Christmas and stocking stuffers which means some of their pieces are over half off. They also do buried baubles every week. So I got 3 pairs of earrings and went back and got another which hasn't got here yet because it just shipped. I'm trying to get all different colors. The green ones were not part of the special but I did have a coupon code for them at the time. If you sign up for emails then you can get 15% off your first order as long as it's a full priced item. The stocking stuffer deal is still going on and you get a cute little gift box with them as well. Go check them out and treat yourself!

This is super dramatic. Which I feel is what is most fun about New Years Eve that you can get glittery and dramatic. Eyes: ABH shadow Noir and Dusty Rose Lumikki Cosmetics pigment in Aegean Sea MAC Reflects Pearl ABH dip brow Red Cherry Lashes in 110 Face Diorskin Star Foundation St Tropez Bronzing lotion for face ABH contour kit Benefit Coralista MAC Soft and Gentle Lips OCC liptar in Hush This was a fun look to do. I seen a pigment online that was absolutely gorgeous. I was gonna order some but they would ship until mid January and I just didn't want to do that. So instead I decided to bust out my eyeshadows and pigments to see if I could make a dupe. Don't think it's hardly there but I loved the result anyway. Eyes: Coastal Scents Vibrant Plum, Maroon Berry, Dark Mango (crease) Makeup Geek Corrupt in the outer corner and Vegas Lights pigment on the outer half. MAC pigment in Rose Gold on the center and over the Vegas Lights pigiment as well Red Cherry Lashes in 110 ABH Dip Brow in Medium Brown Face Givenchy photo perfexion MUG Romance blush ABH Contour Kit Lips Colour pop pencil in Feminish Buxom lip stick pencil in Acapulco Rose Gold pigment in the center If you're interested in Coastal Scents there is a link on this page to their site. It will be on the side bar if you're on a desktop or at the bottom if you're on a mobile. I had a lot of fun with this I really like mixing colors to see what happens. Which is what I did with this. I wanted a really medium vibrant purple tone and then I wanted to see what my Rose Gold pigment would look like on top of it. I really loved it. The pigment is a pink base with lots of gold sparkle. It not your typical pale rose gold that you normally see it's much deeper and brighter. Which makes it very cool to work with. Eyes ABH Shadows in Violet (outer half) Electro (inner half) and Dusty Rose (crease) Coastal Scents Vibrant Plum just a little in the outer crease MAC pigment in Rose Gold in the center of the lid and lower lashline. I see you. I got you covered. Eyes: ABH shadows in Noir, Blanc, and Dusty Rose MAC Reflects Pearl pigment Red Cherry Lashes on 110 ABH dip brow Face MUFE HD foundation MAC Careblend Pressed Powder ABH Contour Kit Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light Hourglass blush in Dim Infusion Lips Option A which is what I'm wearing is Colour Pop Cosmetics lip pencil in Wet which is the brown shade. Option B which is totally cool too is Brink also from Colour Pop Cosmetics. If you have Soar from MAC that would be fine too. Yes I ordered 4 more pencils from Colour Pop. Why? Because I love them. I also got colors that I don't have so....justified. As I've said before these are $5. On your first order you can take $5 off for joining their email list. I get lip pencils because I just like using lip pencils better than lipstick. I like a little bit dryer formulas on my lips because they stay better so I tend to really like lip pencils. These as the others don't disappoint and yes I will order more. So from left to right we have: Brink, Punky, Wet, and Wifey. Brink reminds me of MAC Soar. Maybe just a touch darker. Incredible similar so much so that I would say it's a really good dupe for it. Punky is an awesome vibrant warm pink. This was the one that I hadn't seen anyone really wearing or anything on their Instagram so I definitely wanted to try it out. It's bright and fun. It's a great summer pink I think. Wet is a taupey brown. Kinda like the color of my dipbrow. Now the lipstick in this one is a metallic finish which I am not drawn to. The pencil is not what so ever. So if you like it matte like me get the pencil if you want a metallic cool finish get the lipstick. Wifey is a super bright cool toned pink. Has hints of purple in it but it's definitely on the lighter side. So I'd say it's a good medium pink shade. Very Barbie-esq. Like I said these are fantastic and beat any Lipliner I've used hands down. I can't wait to try their eye shadows soon as well. So you've heard me talk about how much I really love the Sigma Flat Top Kabuki (f80) and it is generally my go to foundation tool. However, like others I really do appreciate the Beauty Blender. If you don't know what the Beauty Blender is its a sponge and not a typical cosmetic sponge that you see at the drugstore but an incredibly soft sponge that when used damp gives really nice coverage and can be used for anything liquid or cream. As well as using it for foundation and concealing, highlighting, contouring so on so forth. Which is why I like it because you can use it for your whole face. This is what a beauty blender looks like dry (left side) and then damp (right side). When I say damp I mean that you have to get it soaked and squeeze it several times so that it will expand and grow. The reason for this is when it's damp it doesn't absorb your product. Even brushes absorb product and get build up. This sponge lets you press it into the skin and the dampness helps sheer the product out to where you really don't look cakey when using this at all. You don't look like you have a mask on you look very natural. Also I like using it if my face is irritated or sensitive cause even the softest brushes can feel scratchy on an irritated face sometimes. These four pictures are: no makeup (top left) you can see that it had some breakouts and redness going on, foundation and under eye corrector (top right) placement of my concealer to both conceal and highlight (bottom left) and finished foundation and concealer (bottom right. In these im working on my concealer and blending it in with a beauty blender. The main point for using it is "dabbing". You don't swipe or buff it into the skin with circles you just dab it or roll it onto the skin. I literally just bounce mine of the skin. So I don't roll it on like some people do. The corners help you get into creases like corners of the nose and inner eye socket. This is a great tool if you have dry skin, dry skin in my opinion looks cakey fast. Where this is damp and helps sheer your product out it takes that away. These are $20 at Sephora or wherever you decide to get one. They need to be replaced every 3 months. They are a good place for bacteria to grow which is why. Saying that, if you like any sponge replace it often especially ones you can't clean those should be thrown away after each application. Also let these air out when their damp if you try to shove them back in their container they will mold. If you need to travel with it while it's damp dry it with a hair dryer or put it in a plastic cup and let it hang out in your cup holder while you drive. They can be cleaned with face wash or you can buy the actual Beauty Blender Solid which will clean it super fast and also clean your brushes as well. Keeping in the Holiday spirit here's another holiday look. This is partially inspired by Jaclyn Hill, mainly her use of MAC Reflects Pearl in it. Her crease is a little warmer and more defined than mine. Mine is very little definition. Just enough to have some contour and color. Eyes: ABH Bengal and Smoke in the crease really blown out and also on the lower lashline. Blanc on the lid. MAC Reflects Pearl over Blanc Red Cherry lashes in 213 ABH Dip Brow in Medium Brown Face Diorskin Star Foundation NARs Radient Creamy Concealer MUG Romance blush MAC Careblend Pressed Powder in Dark Lips Gerard Cosmetics Cherry Cordial I don't post a lot of nail things on here mainly because mine are very basic, even though I have a nail polish collection that could rival most nail salons. However, I really get into easy nail art or festive nails. So in the spirit of Christmas decided on snowflake nails. I used Formula X "X❤️️️Rouge" polish. This was sent to me for being Sephora VIB ️️Rouge when it reset but that any red nail polish will do. I also have the color "Curosity" from that brand and it would work fine too. So to make a snowflake I take a tooth pick and dip it in white nail polish and make a plus sign then I make an X over the plus sign. Or if it's easier imagine cutting a pie, up and down, across, diagonal. I only did them on two nails on each hand. I wasn't particular which two either. I'll tell you right now I'm really not the best at nail art so for it to look half way decent on me it's usually pretty easy to do. I'm all about these Christmas looks right??
