 Alright guys, I've been working on collecting as much knowledge as possible for different categories and steps in your skincare that I can. My goal for this blog has always been to have as much information as I can get hold of and as many options for products that I can find that I have tried. So this post is going to be dedicated to "essence", "tonics", or "liquid hydrating toners". Many of us are used to the word toner being a slightly more harsh step and an essence is more of a soothing and gentle step. So I'm going to give you my favorites and break down to the best of my ability, the difference in the terminology.

 Greetings guys. Today we're talking about the VDL Perfect Lasting Foundation that I've been trying for a few weeks now.
Let's get straight to it.  Spring has sprung and it's actually been very lovely the past few days here in Tennessee. I hope it's feeling more like spring where ever you're reading this. Today I'm discussing a spring release for your traveling skincare needs or in case you just want to try this brand if you've not. It's Drunk Elephant.....as you can tell by the title and picture above. It's 2 AM I'm tired....
 What's up. It's still busy around here. So let's talk about the Allure Beauty Box for March. The last one came on the very last day of February. This was right on time around the 15th. So these posts may seem close together and it's because they are. I know that next month's box is going to be SO epic sooooo just sayin....
 Guys....how are you? I'm exhausted. It is still hectic around here. Anyway, today I'm going to follow up the "skincare faves" with my "makeup faves" as of late. I actually have more makeup favorites than I do skincare faves this time and that doesn't happen that much. It's a lot of surprising stuff as well. Product categories that I don't really touch on much. I've been testing so much stuff lately though that I've had a lot of hits rather than misses which is a nice change. I've also revisited some favorite products too which I love doing right now.
Let's go.  Alright so lately I've been very fortunate to have an influx in products coming in for me to try as a way to build my knowledge and categories for you guys. I've also been "shopping me shelf" which is an attempt for me to revisit some products that I need to use up or fall in love with all over again. I especially do this when I'm testing a new product and I fill my routine with old faves that I know won't cause an issue. It's part of the testing process and it's re-lit my LOVE for doing my skincare routine every night. To the point that I look so forward to it every night and it lasts much longer than it technically should because I have a good time relaxing and taking some time to turn off all my emails and messaging and social media.
 Lately, I've not been well. If you don't know I have a lot of health issues and I'm no stranger to the hospital. So it's been a rough go the last few weeks and I've been away from home a few times. However, no matter what I still do my skincare steps. That's the one thing that's in my overnight bag that I stress over the most and spend the most time on is packing my skincare travel pouch. So I thought it would be a good blog post to discuss what I travel with and why and some tips that I have from experience over the years.
 Here we are with another new release from Anastasia Beverly Hills. Just in time for Spring. You know that I love ABH and I love their products. I bought this palette myself from ABH. It's been a long time since I've seen a palette and thought "I have to get that ". This is one of those times
 People....there's a new skincare brand we need to talk about. Good Molecules. Heads up, I was sent the "super seven set", from Beautylish. I've been trying it for a few weeks. I've been using it in my regular routine with other products that I love, using it with mainly Good Molecules products in a routine, using certain products at a time not combined with other Good Molecules products. Basically every which way to see how they layered and what I noticed.
 The February Allure Box finally got here. On the last day of February. I'm not sure if it was just my box and I don't mind waiting because they send these to me. I did, however, want to mention that it was late in case others were late and that way you'd know it's not just yours.
