Holy crap. Have you all see those bath cockatails on Instagram. HAVE YOU WITNESSED THE ASMR FROM @LUSHLORD?? If not, then get on it. Thanks to seeing all those, we have a MASSIVE bath product haul/post in general of things that I do really like. I have bought 80% of the things you're going to see but there have been some products that were sent to me. Mainly the body products. I will clarify the ones that were sent to me for consideration. So lets start with the heavy hitter which is LUSH. Ok, It's been years. Actual years since I used LUSH. I fell into this wormhole of "ASMR" and I stumbled upon @lushlord who not only makes the BEST videos, but knows an absolute ton of product knowledge as well, and can give you so much insight to formula and how products perform and scent profiles. So, I actually waited until the BOGO offer after Christmas. (Buy one get one free.) I bought some of the popular stuff and had I known how amazing Yog Nog was I would've bought 12. None the less, here's what I bought. Yog Nog Bubble Bar (3) Puddy Holly BubbleBar (bubbleroon) Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb (so huge) Festive Friends FUN (it's like bubble dough, I've wanted it forever) Ectoplasm (small version) Cinders, okay they didn't put this in my order so they replaced it with Avacado Wash 8.4 oz. Yog Nog Bath Bomb (which is new and came out after Christmas) Aliens and Monsters Fun Star Light Star Bright (2) bath melt (has a lot of glitter) Shooting Star (2) soap (hadn't tried any LUSH soap) I went IN. LUSH was super helpful in helping me find my orders and so nice when I was missing a product, Cinders, and they actually replaced it with the medium size of their new Avocado Wash Shower Gel. I'm super excited because I really love the scent of Avocado Wash and for that matter I love Ectoplasm Shower Cream it is delightful! I wish it was permanent, it was part of the Halloween collection I believe. If it comes back next year I'll buy everything that comes in Ectoplasm. Yog Nog.....delicious. LUSH you ruin my life with these limited edition scents. I'm now trying to ration myself and see how long I can make the Yog Nog last until it comes back out. Although I do appreciate they released it in a bath bomb. The Puddy Holly bubbleroon is an earthy scent with a touch of sweet to it. It's kinda mild and I like that about it. The FUN products are just cool. They're my favorite thing to see chopped on Instagram. Festive Friends kinda smells like cherry candy to me almost, and Aliens and Monsters is still available I don't know if it's supposed to be permanent. I really like Aliens and Monsters FUN because it smells like the LUSH store from what I can remember. It has a fresh scent in my opinion. Shoot star soap has some glitter but smells like citrus and it's divine. The Star Light Star Bright bath melts have a ton of glitter on them that transfers to the fingers easily and has some different colors inside just FYI. I love bath melts and they've really expanded their range of bath melts since I last looked at them. All in all the Yog Nog makes this whole thing a win. They are the bar for good bath products though. The way they perform, the way they've expanded, and handmade natural beautiful products. They really do make bathing a freaking experience. Moving on to Country Market Crafts I loved the sprinkles they put on their products. This is a small company with a big impact and they're super nice. I got mine from Etsy. I got the products I seen the most which were some permanent fixtures and some Christmas products. They have released the CUTEST Valentines Day products though. They hide fun colors in the bubble bars a lot, they're the OG of the bubble bars that look like toast. I missed out on the Fairy Bread and the other one which I think was Apple Butter? I definitely want to try them. Their bath bombs are beautiful and affordable. Some of the bubble bars are massive. I also got their Elf Nog Foaming Sugar Scrub. It's similar to Yog Nog but it's not as heavy on the "buttery with spice" as Yog Nog from LUSH. It is a layered scent though and I find that amazing that they've done that so well. LUSH is the only company I know that layers scent the way they do and you can catch each scent. Elf Nog does the same thing. You catch the ylang ylang, with a bit of candy scent to it, and a touch of vanilla and musk. It smells delicious none the less and 98% natural. Here's what I got from them: Gingerbread Bubble Bar (massive and has a hidden color) Fruit Loops Bubble Bar (it's gorgeous, stacked bright colors) Fairy Dust Bath Bomb (pretty good size and stunning with shimmer) Elf Nog Foaming Sugar Scrub (swirled gorgeous green and red, with a cute little spoon. Absolutely, amazing formula. I will buy this in some other scents as well because I LOVE this formula.) Side note: I really dig their labels. They're so neat, and full of info. They even sent me a little bag that is the Sleepy Time bath bomb dust. It's a lot of product actually in that little bag. I love watching people chop these up for their bath cocktails on Instagram too. I appreciate the sprinkles, I appreciate that you can get probably 3, maybe 4 uses out of one bubble bar like that Gingerbread one. They got the product to me in about 2 days. Shipped from Canada to TN in about 2 days. I'm impressed by that because that is the fastest shipping I have had from any of the companies I've bought from. Well done. Lastly, I picked up some products from Lavish Bath Co. also from Canada. I got in on their Christmas sale which was like 50% off their products. They're products are the most fragrant. They smell amazing. The bubble bars are like a dough/bath cake because they're so soft. They aren't brittle and crumbly, and they are pretty dang big. There is a huge selection of bath bombs. A lot of them had secret colors in them. They sent me a little soap too. It's a mistletoe cupcake soap. So cute. What I picked up: Autumn Leaves (2) bubble bars Pumpkin Pie bubble bar Christmas Tree bubble bar Planet Earth Bath Bomb Beneath the Stars Bath Bomb Black Raspberry Vanilla Bath Bomb Naughty or Nice Bath Bomb Fruity Loops Bath Bomb Birthday Cake Bath Bomb (cause my birthday is this month) The bath bombs fizz for ever, I used Naughty and Nice and it had several hidden colors in it. It along with the Autumn Leaves bubble bar made the water almost like a frothy milk and equally as beautiful. I love these bath bombs. They are A+ in my opinion. If you love a fragrant bath then I totally recommend. Moving on to other bath products like salts, oils, etc. You've heard me talk about Green Goo Unwind Bath Salts all through December you can find this company at Dillards. I'm almost out and I still love them. Soap and Glory Shower Cream is absolutely my favorite scent. You can pick it up at Walgreens. Pur-lisse makes my fave scrub which is a coconut oil + coffee scrub. You will have to clean the shower/tub immediately after because of the coffee and it will absolutely wake you up so I recommend it for the morning. Another one that I really love and can use at anytime is Tree Hut Vanilla Bean Scrub. It's affordable and also at Walgreens. Elemis Skin Nourishing Milk Bath is heaven. I am very careful with it because it's nearly gone as well. Lastly, is the Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer in coconut. This is perfect for me because I really don't enjoy using lotion all that much right after a bath or shower. I use it right before getting out of the shower or bath and it's lovely. These are the products that have been sent to me over time and trust me I've put them through the ringer testing them because I'm very particular over body products.
So that's it for the massive haul. I've done some really cool DIY's too but I'm still testing them out to see how effective they are. I've also made a cream to prolong the scent of something I like, but again I'm going to see how that goes before I talk about it.
