How's 2018 been so far to you? I walked/crawled into 2018 with the flu. So I'm just now starting to feel like myself. However, while I was bed ridden my skincare AM and PM routines were really lengthy or I did a lot of treatments like masks and so on. So my skin feels amazing. lol
One reason why it does is because of the Exuviance AGE REVERSE Total Correct + Serum. They sent this out weeks ago and as soon as I got done testing the Neostrata Tri Therapy I wen straight to this. When we think of aging we tend to think of sagging skin, wrinkles, just basically a loss in elasticity. That's only part of the aging process though. There's discoloration to look at, a loss of hydration, dullness, dark spots that pop up, etc. All of that along with the wrinkles and saggy skin our mind automatically goes too. I want to say this before we get into this, aging isn't a bad thing. It's part of nature and it doesn't need to be referred to so negatively. It also doesn't need to be looked at so negatively either or feel "shamed" by it. We all age. It doesn't mean that a good skincare routine with a very good daily treatment, won't help us out though. Mainly because as you get older the more your body needs because it doesn't make it like it used to or you've come to the point (and it's a different age for everyone) where you need some help. Like with Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Antioxdants, etc.
So getting that out of the way I'm reviewing the Exuviance AGE REVERSE Total Correct + Serum which is an impressive serum in my opinion. It comes in a pump packaging, you can clearly see how much product you've used, it layers very well with other serums or it does very well as a stand alone serum. Mainly because it has antioxidant benefits, sculpting/lifting benefits, smoothing the skins texture thanks to the Neoglucosamine which also helps with fine lines. Then you have the Aminofill which targets collagen and the skins elasticity. So it's a triple threat. I really like it because this can take the place of a least 3 serums/products right off the top of my head. So less layers means less balling up on the skin, shorter time spent on your routine. It is recommended to use twice a day and I want to make mention of that because I agree, you'll see better results using it AM and PM rather than just once a day plus you know they do the clinical trials and studies and it's been PROVEN that using it twice a day gives you better results. However, if you have a lengthy routine like myself you can use it once a day but just let the record show that twice a day is better.
As always I'm going to insert some claims from the brand: "Treat your skin and achieve a firmer, more sculpted look with Exuviance AGE REVERSE Total Correct + Serum. Formulated with a Triple Antiaging Complex of Aminofil, NeoGlucosamine and Vitamin C Antioxidant, this serum helps transform skin by addressing the signs of aging including dark spots, sagging skin, and uneven texture. Smooth this on after cleansing and toning and before your SPF/moisturizer. - NeoGlucosamine enhances exfoliation to smooth texture and visibly reduce fine lines and wrinkles - Vitamin C Antioxidant helps diminish the look of dark spots for a more even tone - Aminofil® targets collagen to help restore firmness and enhance volume - Targets all signs of aging - Diminishes the look of lines and dark spots - Creates a firmer, more sculpted look Recommended for: Those looking to address aging skin or a dull complexion. Key Ingredients: NeoGlucosamine, Vitamin C, Aminofil®, Antioxidants Size: 1.0 fl. Oz. " Correct multiple signs of aging with AGE REVERSE Total Correct + Sculpt Serum. Participants noticed after only 4 weeks*: 100% skin is firmer 95% skin is lifted 98% better clarity, radiance 95% pores less visible 95% fine lines less visible Data on file, NeoStrata Company, Inc. Now I'm coming off the heels of the Neostrata Tri Therapy so from a "sculpting/firmer" standpoint it was hard to see much difference, mainly more of maintaining that improvement. I did notice that dark spots looked less noticeable, and the skin seemed more even in tone. I use a lot of Vitamin C so my skin isn't incredibly dull but I think, especially if you don't use antioxidants somewhere in your routine especially Vitamin C, you would benefit from this tremendously. Again this is a brand I trust and they make ground breaking moves in skincare. Which I thoroughly appreciate. So this gets two thumbs up from me. As always I'll leave the ingredients down below along with where you can find this. Aqua (Water), Propylene Glycol, PEG-8, Acetyl Glucosamine, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Acetyl Tyrosinamide, Dimethiconol, Arginine, Caprylyl Glycol, Polyacrylate-13, Polyisobutene, Polysorbate 20, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, CI 15985 (Yellow 6), CI 19140 (Yellow 5).
