Recently Josie Maran released a new foundation called Vibrancy Argan Oil Foundation Fluid. I have mine in the shade "Dynamic" which is the lightest shade and it is very very light. The line has 14 shades and it looks to be pretty wide spread from palest of pale to deeper skin tones. It's 1 oz and $45.
It has 100% pure Argan Oil in it which I would expect no less coming from Josie Maran and it's medium to full coverage. I think it's a little more full coverage than medium which I was very pleased about. According to Sephora.com "Like a fresh squeezed juice, Vibrancy utilizes a revolutionary cold-pressed process that preserves the powerful, hand-selected ingredients for the freshest, most effective skin care foundation. Vibrancy energizes your skin with the essential nutrients it craves and is designed to interact and adapt to the movements of your skin with delicate fluidity for a radiant, dimensional finish." Which sounds amazing and like something you WANT to put on your face.
It's lightweight on the skin and gives the skin some luminosity. I wouldn't say it's a dewy foundation or anything but you have a very healthy look about you. I was concerned wearing this at first because I thought it would slide right off but it held up really well. I gave it the ultimate test with no primer and no setting spray and it done a really good job. I only had to powder it some before doing my bronzer and blush just to make sure it wouldn't get patch on me but I fell asleep in it for 2 hours and I woke up and it looks really good still.
This is the swatch of Dynamic above. As you can see it is quite pale. It's actually lighter than most of my concealers except one and that is my Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Concealer in Y21. Which is the other swatch. Make Up For Ever concealer being on the top and Vibrancy on the bottom.
Here I am wearing it on two separate days . I have on some bronzer, blush and highlight. The shade Dynamic worked out fine but I actually could probably wear up to Cosmic. Which is the 3rd shade in the line. I don't mind super light foundations though because they're so easy to wear by just adding in some bronzer and you don't really have to highlight or anything because it kinda does the job for you.
Bottom line, I really like this. I will probably by a different shade in it. I'm very impressed by it and its a "healthier" foundation for your skin than some that are out there with all the nutrients it provides the skin. I feel like dry all the way to combination could wear this. I don't know for sure but I'm normal to dry and it did really well with my skin so I would try it at Sephora or request a sample maybe and see if it does well with your skin.
